Travailler avec la liste des comptes clients
Votre liste de comptes basée sur le cloud vous permet d'avoir rapidement un aperçu de tout ce que vous devez savoir : le statut des documents, des factures, des tâches, des e-mails, etc. De plus, filtrez et triez pour trouver rapidement ce que vous voulez.
Votre liste de comptes clients
TaxDome allows you to easily track your clients, so you can always stay on top of what they need. For an overall picture of your accounts, go to Clients > Accounts from the left menu bar.
The entire client account list is available to a firm owner, admin or any team member with access rights to view all accounts . Otherwise, team members see only the accounts assigned to them.
The Accounts page is fully customizable . You can view columns for:

ID: the unique client ID (read more on client IDs below), indicates if the client account is active (i.e. the Login is turned on for at least one contact linked to the client account).

Follow: whether you are following the account or not (read more on account followers )

Type: accounts can be a Company, an Individual or Other. The difference is that for a Company, you can fill in the company name and address

Unread chats: the number of unread messages

Tags: color-coded tags that help you filter your account list

Last login: the date and time the client last logged in to TaxDome. If the account has multiple users , it shows the date and time the last user logged in

Crédits : argent disponible pouvant être appliqué aux nouvelles factures du client

Tasks: the number of client tasks

QuickBooks: the account QuickBooks sync status

Mobile app: whether any contact associated with the account has installed the mobile app and logged in

Notify: indicates if at least one contact linked to the client account is receiving notifications

Email sync: indicates if at least one contact linked to the client account has the Email sync turned on

Transactions: Awaiting Response: the number of transactions with unanswered questions (for accounts with bookkeeping transactions ). Visible only to team members with Manage account transactions access right.

Transactions: Responded: the number of transactions with answered questions (for accounts with bookkeeping transactions ). Visible only to team members with Manage account transactions access right.

Roles: shows allocated team members, based on their account roles . Each role is displayed as a separate column.

Custom fields: you can add all your account custom fields to the table. All newly added custom fields will be enabled by default.
The account name column always stays locked in place as you scroll across tables—similar to Excel’s freeze pane feature.
Column names remain in view at all times while scrolling. Click the up-down arrow next to the header of the column you wish to sort.
Personnaliser la liste des comptes
Vous pouvez personnaliser votre liste de comptes de différentes manières. Vous pouvez redimensionner, activer, désactiver et déplacer les colonnes à votre guise.
Vous pouvez personnaliser la taille de chaque colonne, à l'exception de la ID et Nom des colonnes. La taille de ces colonnes ne peut être personnalisée qu’ensemble. Pour personnaliser toutes les autres colonnes, cliquez et maintenez le séparateur entre les noms de colonnes et redimensionnez-le en déplaçant votre souris.
Pour configurer les colonnes que vous souhaitez afficher dans la section de la liste des comptes, cliquez sur l'icône d'engrenage en haut à droite du tableau.
Ici, vous pouvez sélectionner les colonnes à afficher. Vous pouvez activer, désactiver ou déplacer les colonnes de votre choix, à l'exception de la colonne Nom . Après avoir cliqué sur « Appliquer » , le tableau sera reconstruit avec les nouvelles colonnes.
Cliquer sur Réinitialiser affichera toutes les colonnes sauf ID .
Rechercher des comptes
Pour rechercher un compte spécifique à l'aide d'un mot-clé ou d'une valeur de champ personnalisé :

Pour utiliser la recherche globale à partir de n'importe quelle page, cliquez sur le bouton de recherche en haut à gauche de votre écran, saisissez dans le champ de recherche, puis accédez à Comptes .

You can also use the search field at the top right of Accounts page. Type a keyword, then press Enter on your keyboard. Click the X in the search field to clear it.
Filtrez votre liste de comptes
Filters help you find specific accounts within your account list based on certain criteria . For example, you can find all accounts managed by a specific team member or accounts with overdue invoices.
Pour filtrer votre liste de comptes, cliquez sur Filtrer en haut à gauche de votre page Comptes et sélectionnez le filtre, la valeur et l'opérateur :

Any of – returns results that match at least one of the selected values (logical OR).

None of – excludes results that match any of the selected values (NOT OR).
Some filters have two more options:

All of – returns results that match all selected values (logical AND).
-
Exclude all selected – excludes results that match all selected values (NOT AND).
Note
Operators are not applied to the time-related filters such as Imported at, Last login, Date created, etc.Voici les différents filtres et valeurs que vous pouvez appliquer :

Client type filter shows all accounts with the selected type: Individual, Company or Other, which shows accounts without the account type selected.

Tags filter shows only accounts with specific tags (e.g., 1040, New clients, Bi-weekly, etc.).

Roles lets you find accounts based on account role assignment. Filter Role without assignee shows accounts where no team member is assigned to a specific role (e.g., no one is assigned as a tax preparer). Filter Role with assignee shows accounts where a specific team member is assigned to a specific role (e.g., Mary is assigned as a bookkeeper).

The pipeline and stage filter shows accounts with jobs in or not in one or more specific pipelines. Select one or more stages to narrow the results further.

Invoices filter shows all accounts with invoices in different statuses: Paid, Unpaid or Overdue. When you select Unpaid, you can also choose to see Overdue statuses.

Chats filter shows accounts with various chat thread statuses: Active (with active message threads), Unread or Archived.

Imported at filter lets you see accounts imported within a selected period.

Last login filter lets you see accounts that logged in within a selected period.
-
Account status lets you sort accounts by their activation stage: Activated, Pending activation or Not activated.

Approvals filter shows accounts with various approval statuses: Pending payment, Pending approval, Approved or Rejected.

Organizers filter shows accounts with various organizer statuses: Pending, Active (partly or fully completed organizers), Finished, or Archived.

Proposals & ELs filter shows accounts with various proposal statuses: Pending, Partially signed or Signed.

Signatures filter shows accounts with documents at various stages of signing: Signed,Partially signed (signed by at least one person), Pending signature, Prepared for signature (documents pending signature that have not yet been sent to the client(s)), Opted out (declined to sign), Pending KBA(at least one person is needed to provide a signature with KBA), Failed KBA (at least one signer failed KBA and/or a signer declined to sign), or Voided(signed offline and voided by your firm).

Date created filter shows accounts created within a selected period.

Date updated filter shows accounts updated within a selected period.

Date filter shows accounts whose Date custom field falls within a selected period.

Notify filter shows accounts that have the Notify contact toggle enabled (for at least one contact linked to it) or disabled.

Email sync filter shows accounts that have the Email sync contact toggle enabled (for at least one contact linked to it) or disabled.

Mobile app filter shows if any contact associated with the account has installed the mobile app and logged in.

SMS filter shows accounts based on SMS unread status. Visible for firms with SMS integration enabled.

Transaction questions filter shows accounts with responded or awaiting response transactions.
For time-based filters like Imported at, Last login, Date created, Date updated, and Date, you can select rolling date ranges such as Last week, Last month, Last quarter, or Last year. These filters automatically update based on the current date, so whether applied or saved, they always reflect the latest time period.
You can also choose how these ranges are calculated. The Calendar ranges toggle lets you switch between:
- Rolling time periods (default): ranges that count backward from today, such as the last 7 days (week), 30 days (month), 90 days (quarter), or 365 days (year)
- Standard calendar periods with fixed dates: accounting weeks (Sunday to Saturday), full months (July 1 – July 31), quarters (April 1 – June 30), or years (January 1 – December 31)
Note
Plusieurs instances du même filtre seront fusionnées. Par exemple, les filtres « Étiquettes : tous les clients existants » et « Étiquettes : tous les clients existants » seront combinés dans « Étiquettes : tous les clients existants, 1040 », affichant uniquement les clients possédant les deux ; tags .Imprimer la liste des comptes
