1. Comment TaxDome un travail de tarification ?

For all countries except for USA and Canada, TaxDome has one simple pricing plan . It includes all TaxDome features, free support, training sessions & more.

The service is charged per user at the firm. One user = one subscription. The primary user (the first) must be on an annual subscription . Additional users at the firm can have either an annual or monthly subscription plan. The cost of a subscription varies according to the country where the practitioner or firm is based:

2. Quel est le prix des nouveaux utilisateurs de mon entreprise une fois que je les ai ajoutés plus tard ?

All annual subscriptions are set on the same billing cycle. If an additional team member is added at your firm, their subscription price is prorated according to the primary subscription’s expiration date.

For example, if the primary subscription expires on January 1, and an additional annual user is added on February 1, you are charged for 11 months of service—all annual subscriptions renew on the original purchase date, in this case, January 1. For seasonal staff, you can rely on monthly subscriptions, which are set to automatically renew (unless canceled) 1 month from the date of purchase.

3. Puis-je acheter des licences d’une durée différente pour mes employés ?

You can choose different license durations for each team member.

• If the firm owner is on a 3-year plan, you can add team licenses for 3 years, 2 years, 1 year, or monthly.

• If the firm owner is on a 2-year plan, you can add licenses for 2 years, 1 year, or monthly.

• If the firm owner is on a 1-year plan, you can add licenses for 1 year or on a monthly basis.

Votre équipe peut être sur des cycles de durée différents de ceux de l'entreprise patron , mais ne peut pas avoir une licence qui expire après l'entreprise patron permis de conduire.

Note

Lorsque vous choisissez un abonnement de 2 ou 3 ans, vous devez payer la totalité de la période d'abonnement à l'avance.

4. Can clients access the portal after the primary subscription expires?

Pour que les clients puissent accéder au portail, au moins un abonnement, dans ce cas l'abonnement principal, doit être payé.

5. Pourquoi avez-vous besoin d'au moins un abonnement annuel ?

Parce que le portail permet de stocker en toute sécurité des documents sensibles tant pour votre cabinet que pour vos clients. Notre objectif est de fournir un service fiable à tous, et un abonnement annuel (c'est-à-dire une licence) le garantit.

6. Can I buy a 1-year subscription, then upgrade to a multi-year plan and still get the discounted price?

If your license renews for 1 year, and you need to upgrade it to 2-year or 3-year plan, you can do this within 30 days of your renewal. Find out more about how to upgrade your subscription .

7. Les licences pluriannuelles peuvent-elles être transférées d’un employé à un autre ?

Yes, you can deactivate a user and reassign the 1-year or multi-year license to another teammate. See more about subscription transfer .

8. Existe-t-il des limitations concernant le nombre d'utilisateurs, l'utilisation des fonctionnalités ou la capacité de stockage ? TaxDome avoir des niveaux de prix ?

We like to keep things simple, which is why we offer one straightforward pricing plan. This plan offers all of TaxDome’s features, including sophisticated practice-management tools, a PDF editor, invoicing, integrations with other services, and more. The firm does not have to set a limit to how many team members use TaxDome, and every subscription comes with the full use of all of its features.

9. Puis-je suspendre mon TaxDome abonnement?

A TaxDome subscription cannot be suspended and resumed at a later date. If you have seasonal team members, you might want to consider purchasing monthly subscriptions for them rather than annual ones. They will not be charged again after deactivating the team member.

10. Does the pricing vary depending on how big or small my firm is? Is pricing negotiable? Does TaxDome offer discounts?

Conformément à la politique de notre entreprise, nous ne négocions pas les prix. Nous ne pensons pas que les gens qui savent négocier devraient payer moins que ceux qui ne le sont pas. Et nous ne voyons aucune raison pour qu’une grande entreprise paie moins qu’une petite. 

De cette façon, vous savez que vous paierez toujours le même prix que tout le monde, ce qui s'avère être le prix le plus juste et le plus bas que nous puissions vous proposer.

11. Est-ce que TaxDome déjà en vente ?

We don’t have sales. Tiffany &Co. has been in business for 175 years without ever having a single sale. Like the classic jewelry brand, we aim to give you a great design and quality at a solid but reasonable price. We strive to give you the very best.

12. Can I get a discount for recommending my friends?

13. When I bought my TaxDome license, the price was different. Does the new pricing affect existing users?

All existing firms created before Jan 1, 2025, are not affected by updated pricing until October 1, 2025. All active firms had a chance to upgrade to a multiyear plan and/or add licenses with prior pricing before that date.

Starting from October 1st, 2025 all charges will go under new pricing, however, the active licenses won’t be affected.
